We’d like to share some clear information with all our DJs and producers about how payments and statements work at DUBLUCID, powered by Proton Distribution. This way, everyone knows exactly what to expect and how to track music performance.

📅 Quarters & Payment Schedule

Music sales and streams are calculated every 3 months (quarterly):

Q1 (Jan, Feb, Mar) → Statements & Payments by June 1st

Q2 (Apr, May, Jun) → by September 1st

Q3 (Jul, Aug, Sep) → by December 1st

Q4 (Oct, Nov, Dec) → by March 1st

👉 Beatport pays distributors 1 month after each quarter ends.

👉 Proton then generates statements for everyone over the next month.

This means statements arrive up to 2 months after each quarter.

💰 Additional Information

Statements are emailed when the balance reaches $100 or more.

Payments are also made once the balance is $100 or more.

If the balance is under $100, the amount is carried over (withholding) to the next quarter.

All statements include full details of sales, streams, promo feedback, and more.
